Rancho La Costa – 5000 Acre Master Planned Community
Provided project management for Rancho La Costa, a 5,000-acre master planned community located in Carlsbad, California, consisting of a major destination resort, championship golf course, residential, industrial and commercial mixed uses. Development included planning, design and construction of major roads and utilities infrastructure.
Turnberry Isle Miami
Seven Hills – 1293 Acre Golf and Residential Community
Provided project management for Seven Hills, a 1,293-acre master planned golf and residential community in Henderson, Nevada. Now completed, the community contains 3,600 residential homes, 150 acres of recreational open space, commercial areas, and an 18-hole championship golf course with a total estimated value of approximately $1 billion. Directed all planning, engineering, city approvals, construction and sales operation. Completed $30 million in site development improvements required for the first 2 phases. Received City Council approval for Local Public Infrastructure Trust Financing of approximately $27 million that funded in December 1995. Homes were available early 1996 and the golf course opened in the fourth quarter of 1996.
San Diego Fairbanks Country Club
Provided project management for Fairbanks Country Club, a major residential and golf course oriented community located in San Diego, California, that required general plan amendments, development of a community master plan, and processing of multiple tentative and final maps. Development included the channelization of portion of the San Dieguito River.
