Commercial Shopping Centers

Provided Project management for North Mesa Plaza, a 50-acre, multiple-use commercial shopping center with two major tenants, Wal-Mart and Vons, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Development required the interstate coordination of the users and consultants.

Provided project management for Stephanie Power Center in Henderson, Nevada. Development of a 35-acre major commercial center consisting of 450,000 square feet of lease space valued a $38 million. Initial phase opened in the fourth quarter of 1995 and completed in the second quarter of 1996. Directed all site planning, engineering and construction, coordinated financing activities and management of completed facilities.
